| Description [de] | Islamische Religionslehrerinnen und Religionslehrer für die höheren Schulen in Österreich werden seit dem Wintersemester 2006/07 in einem Masterstudium "Islamische Religionspädagogik" der Universität Wien, an der Fakultät für Philosophie und Bildungswissenschaft ausgebildet. An dieser Forschungseinheit des Instituts für Bildungswissenschaft wird auch auf Themen und aktuelle Fragestellungen religiöser und ethischer Bildung in Forschung und Lehre eingegangen. Der Islamunterricht wird in Österreich seit dem Schuljahr 1982/83 an den öffentlichen Schulen angeboten. Seit 1998 werden die ReligionslehrerInnen für die Pflichtschulen am Privaten Studiengang für das Lehramt für Islamische Religion an Pflichtschulen IRPA ausgebildet. Es gibt ungefähr 40.000 muslimische SchülerInnen, die in Österreich den islamischen Religionsunterricht besuchen. Folgende Forschungsprojekte werden genannt: EU - Projekt: Integration von MuslimInnen in Europa, Islamischer Religionsunterricht in Europa im Vergleich und Islamische didaktische und pädagogische Konzepte als Beitrag für die Religionspädagogik Der Universitätslehrgang "Muslime in Europa" versteht sich als Weiterbildungsprogramm für in Österreich tätige Imame und SeelsorgerInnen. Diese Website wird auch in türkischer und arabischer Sprache präsentiert. |
| Description [en] | Since the winter semester 2006/07 teachers of Islamic religion at Austria’s higher-level secondary school are trained in a master study programme on Islamic Religion Education at the Faculty of Philosophy and Educational Science of Vienna University. This research unit of the Institute of Educational Science addresses topics and current issues of religious and ethical education in research and teaching. Islam instruction has been offered at Austria’s public schools since the school year 1982/83 in Austria. Since 1998, religion teachers at compulsory schools are trained at the private teacher training course for Islamic religion at compulsory schools (IRPA). Currently, approximately 40,000 Muslim students attend Islamic religion instruction in Austria. The website lists the following research projects: EU-project on the integration of Muslims in Europe, comparison of Islamic religion instruction in Europe, and Islamic didactic and educational concepts as a contribution to religious instruction. The university course on “Muslims in Europe“ is designed as a further education programme of imams and Muslim priests in Europe. There is also a Turkish and Arabic version of this website. |
