| Description [de] | In den Bundesländern Bayern und Nordrhein-Westfalen gibt es die Fortbildungspflicht für Lehrkräfte bereits. In Bayern ist sogar der zeitliche Umfang an Fortbildungstagen im Verlauf von vier Jahren festgelegt worden. Damit ist jedoch eine kontinuierliche berufliche Weiterentwicklung von Lehrerinnen und Lehrern längst noch nicht gewährleistet. Im Zeitschriftenbeitrag kommen vier erfahrene Persönlichkeiten aus unterschiedlichen Verantwortungsbereichen zu Wort, die die Notwendigkeit einer verbesserten Lehrerfortbildung unterstreichen, aber auch auf Probleme des Schulalltags der Umsetzung solcher Forderungen aufmerksam machen. |
| Description [en] | There are regulations in the German Bundeslaender Bavaria and North-Rhine Westphalia in view of compulsory continuing professional development (CPD) for teachers. In Bavaria even the number of CPD-days within a period of four years has been stipulated. However, regulations and decrees are only one side of the medal and do not guarantee that continuing education/training for teaching staff really includes all teachers. In this journal contribution four experienced personalities from different areas of responsibility get a chance to express their opinion. Emphasizing the necessity of improved CPD they also draw readers’ attention to the manifold problems arising in daily school routine as an obstacle to the implementation of continuing professional development. |
